In North America, it is common for a man to propose marriage to the woman he would like to spend his life with. Titanium is a wonderful option for a man's version of an engagement ring. Not only is it slightly more affordable than a gold or silver ring, it comes in a variety of colors, allowing a woman to pick out a design that will truly reflect her future husband's personality.

Titanium rings also have the added benefit of being incredibly light. Men who are unaccustomed to wearing rings will find a titanium ring as light as a feather, and it will be a good way to "learn" to wear rings before donning the wedding band.

Titanium is also incredibly durable, so even if the man in question makes a living with his hands, he won't have to hide or protect his ring. Everyday collisions and impacts that might dent or damage a gold ring will simply bounce off of a titanium one.

In these modern times, an engagement and subsequent marriage is all about equality and partnership. So why shouldn't that equality reach all aspects of the marriage? Ladies, your future husbands deserve engagement rings just as much as you do.
